Do I need to be home during the clean?
Of course, the choice is entirely yours. While most of our clients are not home during cleanings, many opt to provide access by using a lockbox or entrusting us with a key and alarm code. To ensure added security, every key is individually coded and stored securely at our office.
Do I need to tip the cleaner?
Tipping is never required, but it's a thoughtful way to show appreciation for a job well done. Many clients choose to leave a tip after each cleaning, while others prefer to give a more generous tip at the end of the year. If leaving cash, please clearly mark it as a tip. In the event that something is broken or damaged, our team is trained to promptly photograph and report it without fear of reprimand. While they take great care and treat every space with respect, occasional accidents can occur. Once an incident is reported to our office, we’ll reach out to you to ensure a fair and timely resolution. To help prevent issues, we kindly ask that irreplaceable items be stored safely and any specific concerns be shared with us during booking.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

To make things easier for our weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customers, we schedule services on the same day of the week rather than by calendar date.
For example:
- Weekly customers: every Tuesday,
- Bi-weekly customers: every other Tuesday,
- Monthly customers: every fourth Tuesday
Using calendar dates (like the 15th or 30th) can cause unnecessary complications. A bi-weekly schedule on those dates would shift to different days each month and may even fall on weekends when we don’t operate—leading to rescheduling hassles.
